When your property is entrusted to me and my company, under an exclusive right to sell agreement, you can expect the following from me. I will:

1. prepare a comparative market analysis
2. distribute property profile graphics concerning your property
3. place your property in the Multiple Listing Service
4. place a yard sign within three days after executing a marketing agreement
5. explain various ways to improve your property to effect a quicker sale
6. investigate and propose financing alternatives to allow your property to appeal to the broadest marketplace
7. advertise your property in Real Estate Publications to maximize exposure
8. and keep you informed of my activities in writing.

I have lived in Eagle River since 1973, when I first came to this area as a stewardess for Scandinavian Airlines. I fell in love with Alaska and my husband, Ron, at about the same time, and I married Ron in 1975. We have lived at the end of Hiland Road, South Fork of Eagle River, since my retirement from Scandinavian Airlines in 1976.

We're currently owned by two dogs, a German Shepherd mix, Kaiser and  a black lab mix, MAX.

I have been selling Real Estate in this area since 1977. I have been a top producing agent in Chugiak Eagle River area since 1984. While affiliated with RE/MAX of Eagle River I was in the RE/MAX 100% club from 1993-1996 when I moved across the street to the newly opened Eagle River Vista Real Estate office. The office quickly became a top producing office in the Eagle River Chugiak Marketplace, with a production of approximately $74,000,000 in 2001.

I have consistently been the top-producing agent in the Prudential Vista Eagle River office since it opened in 1996. In 1997 I was in the top 100 of 37000 agents in the Prudential Real Estate National network.

With approximately $12,000,000 in production in 2001, I earned a place in the top 3% of Prudential Real Estate National Network, and a membership in the Chairman's Circle for 2001, 2002, 2003.

In addition to my Real Estate Career, I dedicate my time to several charities. I have been a volunteer for the American Cancer Society since 1977, having served in several positions on local as well as division level, including board chair for Alaska 1995-1996. I currently serve on the Great West Division Board of directors, covering the 12 western states except California, as well as serving on the American Cancer Society National Assembly 1999-2003.

I was the secretary of the South Fork Community Council where I live since 1984-2000, producing monthly newsletters for the community since that time. I have been the president of the Alaska Museum of Natural History from 1998 until my resignation as president in Sept. 2001. I am involved and respected in my community of Chugiak Eagle River.
